Yesterday, all USPS routes were taken offline. Today, we are pleased to announce the addition of two tax-free routes(not more than 5Kg), allowing users in the United States to place orders and ship packages as usual, with similar delivery times. Everyone is welcome to use it!

The new U.S. tariff policy took effect on February 4, Eastern Time. Due to the immediate enforcement of this policy, the United States Postal Service (USPS) and local customs have not had adequate time to adjust, leading to a temporary halt in accepting packages from mainland China and Hong Kong. Currently, all shipments from China to the U.S. are impacted and cannot be dispatched, and packages already in transit may face extended clearance times, delivery delays, or potential returns.
We recognize that this change may inconvenience you and sincerely apologize for any disruption caused. Please be assured that we are closely monitoring the situation and maintaining constant communication with logistics providers to stay informed of the latest developments. We will provide updates on the specific timeline for logistics resumption based on the latest local policy changes.
