In order to address the user’s worries and protect the rights and interests of users, OrientDig provides shipping Insurance to provide you with more secure parcel transportation.
The Insurance covers the following 3 insurances:
1. Parcel Delay Insurance
For some routes, if your parcel takes more than 30-40 days to be signed for delivered (from the date the parcel was dispatched), we will reimburse you 20% of the shipping cost.
2. Customs Seizure Insurance
If your parcel is confiscated by customs, we will compensate for your parcel according to your parcel situation and OrientDig Insurance compensation standard.
3. Parcel Lost/Damaged Insurance
If your parcel is lost, or damaged, we will compensate for your parcel according to your parcel situation and OrientDig Insurance compensation standard.
